Downtown now counts about 9,800 rental apartments, up by roughly 2,400 units added across 2025–2026 as new buildings begin leasing and move-ins ramp up. In the same period, only one new condo tower delivered, adding 367 units that are mostly sold and moving in, bringing the condo total to around 5,400.
