Old 6th tenants to start occupying by end of 2026 - Stream is still keeping their cards close but did provide an update on timeline for their re-imagination of the “dirty 6th” strip.
Major tenant scales back office space in newest tower - office space continues to struggle in downtown. New high rise, The Republic, is yet to be completed but does have 48% of it’s space leased.
I35 Caps final vote is set for May 22nd - plans for the parks over the highway are facing a difficult decision amongst city council with rising forecast and budgeting requirements.
